Anna Chulak nee Tatar

Died in Derby, New Haven, Connecticut (daughter of Michael Tatar & Veronica). Anna was born 24 July 1899 in Johnstown, Cambria, Pennsylvania. She returned to Maly Lipnik with her family in 1903.
