Andrew Kovalycsik 1930 - 2010

Died in New Jersey (son of Michael Kovalycsik of Ujak & Tena 'Teene' Reiss). Born in Garfield, New Jersey Mr. Kovalycsik resided there and in Passaic before moving to Haskell 50 years ago. He retired as a Custodian from the Kinnelon Board of Education. Mr. Kovalycsik was a member of the New Jersey National Guard for 20 years and was a member of the Slovak Catholic Sokols and was a Special Police Officer with the Wanaque Police Department for many years. He was predeceased by his father, Michael Kovalycsik, in 1973; by his brother, Michael Kovalycsik and his sister, Eleanor Kovalycsik. Photo Date: 1997.
